Dear Robyn,

I wish you a Happy Birthday. I have to put this in blogspot to surprise you when you least expect it, but knowing that someday you'll be back to publish something. I hope you know that your family loves you very much. At times it may feel like your efforts go unfelt or are received with little to no gratitude. Please rest sure in the knowledge that we do notice and are very grateful for your hard work and love. Each day I have no fears about what the day brings to our children because they have you to keep them safe and afloat life's sea of troubles and fun. I have no worry about whether you are there for them because you have devoted each day to being a full-time mother. I also have no worries about whether I have someone to support me when times are difficult because I have you. Before you ever became a mother you became my wife and I honor and want you to know that I am here to support you. But, keep in mind, that I may not have ESP and may need some cajoling in the right direction. I love you. Now, go to sleep as I know you are reading this late at night and your hubby may or may not be sleeping at this moment. (Don't worry, this isn't published yet.)
