April 6th

We got to spend the day with the Younkins at Shellee's mom's house where they are living for a few months.  It was great for Mierae and Deva to see each other again after our two-week trip to Utah.  (Pics and stories to come soon!)  The favorite activity was jumping on the tramp.  Even Jolie couldn't get enough!  

We couldn't believe the beautiful weather.  It had been nice most of our trip to Utah, so it was great to come back and get some nice weather here.

I so enjoyed the Sunday afternoon session of Conference.  It was amazing to go from Elder Holland's lesson on the history of the Bible and Elder Bednar's inspiring message of praying with true faith, to Elder Ballard's fun talk about young mothers and President Monson's funny, touching, and emotional concluding remarks.  I am so happy to see the humor we all loved in President Hinckley coming to life in our new prophet.
