To celebrate New Year's Day we went up to Kirtland to see the nativities display in the Visitor's Center. Henrik was especially good--he obediently pointed without touching and even whispered throughout the displays. The kids really enjoyed getting to dress up and play in the kids' room!
We also got to see "Meet the Mormons" which was showing at the theater in the Visitor's Center. The boys didn't sit for the whole thing, but the girls enjoyed it. At the end when I was crying and looked over at the girls, Mierae had tears in her eyes too. She had fought us about going up today, and so I was thankful and touched that she had felt something while we were there.
