Some thoughts from my journal--
Mierae stayed home sick from school today so I didn't get to meet the girls for Mindy's birthday lunch. I was a little disappointed, but glad to have a day at home. I finally cleaned the kitchen, did dishes, put the other half of Sunday's pork loin in the Crock pot, swept and mopped the floor, and did a few other things. I always feel bad when I'm busy doing things like that and not taking time to play with the boys, but it was so nice to have some time to get things done around the house.
