I had my ultrasound a few weeks before Christmas. Eric and I decided to have my doctor put the ultrasound photos telling us the gender into an envelope to open Christmas Eve. Eric actually saw the results that day by accident, but wanted me to be surprised, so I waited for a few weeks while he knew that whole time. I think I knew before I opened the envelope, but there it was in plain sight when I looked at the photo: GIRL. After a very brief moment of slight disappointment, I became very excited. And I never looked back.
One of my favorite things to do is get the girls matching clothes. Some may say that that's silly, or cheesy, or whatever. But, I can't help but smile when I see my two girls like this.
And that would NOT be possible if Jolie had been a boy. :)

Awww...these two girls are so precious!
They're so cute Rob! What beautiful dresses. I love them.
SO CUTE!!! If I had 2 boys or 2 girls I would totally dress them in matching clothes.
AMEN to that! It is so fun to have little girls. I just love it and I LOVE the matching clothes too! Since I'm a twin, I kinda feel like I have my twins, and I'm sure it will seem more and more like that the older they get. 1 year apart is really hard to tell any difference as they get older. So much fun, and this picture of the girls is so cute!
I felt the same way when I found out we were going to have another boy. I totally thought it was a girl. After the initial shock I was very excited, it is so much fun watching them together and I think they will be best buds! I also love dressing them the same. Everyone thinks I'm crazy but I still love to do it!
I think Rosie still gets to dress up her boy and girl in matching clothes anyway sometimes since Julia likes to wear boy clothes. :) So adorable! I like them matching--so cute! Love the dresses!
When I read your first line, I misread it and thought you were announcing something! Ha!! :) Those girlies are SO cute! Can't wait to see you!!!
Oh and I was soooo hoping for a girl so I could do the exact same thing. I love matchy matchy dresses and outfits. Sometimes I'll do that with Cloey and Jacob and put the same color on them just to satisfy my need of matching clothes. So of course I'm hoping for a girl this time so I can match Cloey and the baby!!!
Love it! I would totally do it too.
